Welcome to Southern Smooth Wax Studio. By using this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service or gift card, or otherwise interacting with our business, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments may be booked through our online booking platform or through another method approved by Southern Smooth Wax Studio. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment information when booking. Appointment availability is subject to change, and Southern Smooth Wax Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Late Arrivals
Clients are considered late if they arrive more than 5 minutes after their scheduled appointment time.
Because appointments are scheduled back-to-back, late arrivals may need to be shortened, modified, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on the time remaining. If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, applicable cancellation or no-show fees may still apply.
Service Eligibility
Certain services may not be suitable for everyone. Clients are responsible for informing Southern Smooth Wax Studio of any relevant medications, allergies, skin sensitivities, recent procedures, medical conditions, or other circumstances that may affect the safety or suitability of a service. Southern Smooth Wax Studio reserves the right to refuse, modify, postpone, or discontinue a service if it is believed that proceeding would be unsafe or inappropriate.
Results
Results may vary from person to person.
While Southern Smooth Wax Studio aims to provide professional, high-quality services, specific results cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as skin type, hair growth, aftercare, medications, sensitivity, and individual response may affect results.
Clients are responsible for following any aftercare recommendations provided following a service.
Southern Smooth Wax Studio is not responsible for irritation, sensitivity, or other reactions that may occur when aftercare instructions are not followed or when relevant information was not disclosed prior to treatment.
Aftercare
Payments
Payment is due at the time specified during booking or at the completion of your appointment. Southern Smooth Wax Studio may use third-party payment processors, including Square, to process payments securely. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refunds
Due to the nature of personal care and beauty services, completed services are generally non-refundable.

If you have a concern about a service, please contact Southern Smooth Wax Studio as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to review the situation. Refunds or service adjustments, when offered, are provided at the discretion of Southern Smooth Wax Studio unless otherwise required by law.

Gift cards may be subject to separate terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable.

Clients under the age of 18 may require the consent or presence of a parent or legal guardian for certain services.
Southern Smooth Wax Studio reserves the right to establish age requirements for individual services.
